Phil is an outstanding gem of a person with enormous breadth of experience in all music matters. Over the last years he has been my Musical Director on tour and is a prolific, talented and skilled musician able to converse on all levels with musicians, with sensitivity and heart. Phil enables artists to fly as he accompanies the whole arrangement of the songs, releasing both the vocalist and the musician.
